Two hand formed porcelain pieces make up these earrings, a mix between stud and drop styles. The small square piece has a shiny gold surface, which comes from 22k gold being painted and fired onto the glossy glazed surface. The bottom piece is available in unglazed, custom stained, dark teal porcelain or glossy white porcelain. It features a pinched texture that shows off the softness of the clay. The two pieces together are a lovely mix of colors and textures.

Porcelain jewelry is fragile, and takes a bit of simple, special care. Store pieces away from other jewelry that could scratch them, especially items with gold luster. When traveling, keep jewelry in a box to prevent pressure and breakage. Be careful when removing pieces over hard surfaces like tile and concrete. Unglazed surfaces can become slightly dirty over time from handling--simple use a mild soap and scrub gently with a toothbrush.
